Refund policy

Thank you for placing an order at soccer.reuschusa.com. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return your item to our warehouse using a parcel service within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges by mail.

Standard Return Shipping:

• Pack all items to be returned, including all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
• Include a copy of the packing slip noting the reason for the return next to each item listed on the packing slip.

Refunds are credited to the original form of tender. Please allow up to 30 days after we receive your return for credit to be issued to your account. When inquiring about your return, allow for 7-10 days in transit time to the facility.
